What is My Red Box?

My Red Box is an option for you to create and customize your own box with items from the online store at a pocket-friendly price of just Rs999/- which will give you a good combined discount of about 40-70% on the chosen products collectively.

Can I pick any items from the store?

Nope, you’ll be offered multiple choices in different categories from which you can pick and choose the products you like the most and would wish to add in your Red Box.

Are there any hidden/additional charges over Rs.999/- ?

Nope. What you see is what you get. There are no additional/hidden charges on top of it. It is genuinely a good deal!

When is the delivery time for My Red Box?

If the item is in stock, orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 8-12 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

In what cases can I ask for a Refund?

You can ask for refund if you receive the products inside the box in a damaged/ tampered condition. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product with proof of damage along with your order number.

We will send you an replacement against the damaged product or we can issue a credit note which will be a valid for 6 months. Please note, the returns or credit note issuance is at complete discretion of TheRedBox.co.in.

Note:

1)      Cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or if you want, we can get the product picked up from your place and can deduct the charges and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.

2)      The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely in both the cases ( if you are taking care of the delivery or we are taking care of the delivery), then only a credit note would be issued to you.

3)      The product will be dispatched/credit note will be issued once we will receive the returned product.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending us an email along with your order id.

We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.

No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

TheRedBox.co.in provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.

All Cash On Delivery orders carry an additional charge of Rs100/- .

What is the estimated delivery time?

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Fedex, Aramex etc.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Central Sales Tax (CST) and Value Added Tax (VAT) wherever applicable.

What pincodes do you ship to?

TheRedBox.co.in ships to all pincodes in India with the Cash on Delivery option.

What is the Cash On Delivery Policy?

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

1)      For all Cash-on-delivery orders, an extra charge of Rs 100 will be applicable

2)      Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, online order has to be placed.

3)      You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

4)      If the product is open, do not accept the order.

5)      No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

What is the policy regarding Promo Codes/Coupons?

1)      Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.

2)      TheRedBox.co.in reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used.

Can I club/combine two or more offers/promo codes?

Sorry but two or more offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code. Only one promotional offer/code can be used at one time.

Who holds the rights to Images & Representations of Products/Services represented on the website?
